Parents and Child

• Attendance of online Baptism seminar. (Certificate required only If parents have attended baptism seminar in a different parish).
• Copy of Parent's Marriage Certificate (if civilly married, either of the spouse must provide proof of Baptism in a Catholic Church)
• Copy of child’s birth certificate and passport copy.

Godparents

• Copy of confirmation certificate(kumpli) or copy of church marriage
• If the actual Godparents are unable to attend Baptism, proxy godparents are allowed only if they are catholic.
• If Godparent’s are non-residents, he/she should present a parishioner certificate which proves that he/she is a practicing catholic of his/her church.
   

General Guidelines

• After completing the online baptism seminar, please complete the online baptism registration form(Link send via email) and submit mandatory documents to the parish office
• Date of Baptism will be confirmed only after submission of document in parish office.
• Baptism Registration to be done at-least one-week advance with the Parish Office.
• Baptism is scheduled for 5pm on Thursdays. Only parents and Godparents along with the child is allowed.
• No Baptism fee required, however a contribution to the church is accepted. Please visit the parish office.
• Certificate of Baptism will be available for collection one-week prior Baptism.
